These Terms of Service govern your use of provaro.ai (the "Site"), operated by Provaro LLC. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
When you join the waitlist via the sign-up form, you're opting in to receive emails about Provaro's launch, product updates, and early access opportunities. We'll only email you when we have something meaningful to share.
You can request removal from the waitlist at any time by emailing admin@provaro.ai. Emails are sent through Resend, our email service provider.
We collect your email address when you join the waitlist — nothing else. We don't sell, share, or rent your email address to anyone. Your email is stored securely and is only used to contact you about Provaro.
The Site uses Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data is anonymous and helps us improve the experience.
All content, designs, and materials on this Site are owned by Provaro LLC or used with permission. You're welcome to share links, but please don't reproduce or redistribute the content without permission.
The Site is provided "as is." We do our best to keep everything working, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that all features will work perfectly at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Provaro LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
